- At least 5-7 years of professional experience in sales, channel management and/or relevant account management experience.
- Able to scale interaction at executive levels.
- Demonstrated consultative experience developing channel growth strategies with partners where you've balanced delivering on short-term goals, while building sustainable value for customers and partners, and demand for the future.
- Demonstrated ability to connect with and to influence key partners to drive business objectives.
- Strong problem-solving skills to identify critical issues, evaluate options and provide recommendations.
- Proven track record galvanizing, developing and motivating cross-functional teams.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills; proven experience presenting to senior-level executives.
