Our client, a small and fast-paced business with under $10M in annual revenue, is looking for a dedicated Accounting Operations Analyst to join their lean, dynamic and casual team. This is a full-time, temporary position with strong potential to become permanent, offering growth, stability, and hands-on experience in a dynamic environment. If you thrive in a role where you can take initiative, adapt quickly, and contribute to the day-to-day financial operations, this could be the perfect fit.Full-Time: Fully on-site near Lakeshore and Leslie
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM
Start Date: As soon as possible
Pay rate: $25-30/hr plus 4% vacation pay on top of this; paid weeklyAbout the OpportunityKey Responsibilities
Reporting to the Finance Manager, the Accounting Operations Analyst will support daily accounting functions, including but not limited to:Managing accounts payable and accounts receivablePerforming daily bookkeeping and accounting tasksAssisting with reconciliations and general ledger entriesSupporting month-end processes as neededMaintaining organized financial records and documentationLearning and navigating the company's ERP systemUsing advanced Excel skills to analyze and manage financial dataOther duties as assigned and in working for a smaller team.About You - Skills & Qualifications
