Inside Sales Representative

• Serve as a primary point of contact for customers via phone and email
• Provide knowledgeable assistance with product inquiries, quotes, and order processing
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships with a focus on responsiveness and satisfaction
• Collaborate closely with outside sales and technical teams
• Stay up-to-date on product offerings and market trends (training provided)
• Support administrative and data entry functions related to sales activity

• A strong background in customer service – your ability to communicate clearly and positively is key

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, etc.)
• Sales or technical experience is an asset, but not required
