- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the senior care industry, including partnerships with retirement homes, healthcare providers, and community organizations.
- Build and maintain relationships with referral sources such as doctors, clinics, hospitals, and social service agencies.
- Introduce our innovative senior care app to potential clients, demonstrating its benefits in enhancing independence, safety, and quality of life.
- Attend networking events, conferences, and trade shows to promote our services and technology-driven approach.
- Develop strategic sales and outreach plans to drive user adoption and market penetration.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling promotional materials and campaigns.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure Longevity Care remains a leader in digital senior care solutions.
- Background (schooling included) in business development, sales, or partnerships (preferably in healthcare, tech, or senior care). Recent graduates are encouraged to apply!
- Driven and strong track record of acquiring new clients and driving revenue growth.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Passion for technology and senior care – experience in digital health is a plus!
- Ability to work independently and within a team to meet growth objectives.
- Knowledge of the senior care industry and Calgary's healthcare network is an asset.
- Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle for in-person meetings and events.
