- Safety Compliance: Follow safety guidelines and assist in maintaining a secure environment for staff, volunteers, and customers.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the ReStore Team Lead to support store operations and resolve issues as they arise.
- Volunteer Support: Assist in directing volunteers during shifts, ensuring they understand tasks and adhere to ReStore policies.
- Teamwork: Contribute to a collaborative and supportive work environment, fostering positive relationships with staff and volunteers.
- Customer Service: Strong interpersonal skills to provide excellent service and resolve customer concerns effectively.
- Merchandising: Ability to organize and present merchandise in a visually appealing and accessible manner.
- Inventory Management: Basic skills in sorting, tracking, and categorizing inventory for efficient store operations.

- Experience in operating cash registers and retail transaction platforms.
- Familiarity with inventory tracking and categorization systems.
- Knowledge of safety tools and procedures, including lifting equipment and compliance signage.
- Use of email and basic reporting software for operational coordination.
- Full-time or part-time position with regular shifts, including weekends and some evenings.
- Physical demands include standing for extended periods, lifting and carrying donations, and moving merchandise.
- May require occasional travel for donation pickups or special events.
