Salary: $22–$25 per hourAbout the RoleOur client, a procurement firm, is seeking a detail-oriented Purchasing Coordinator to support projects in the hospitality sector. This is a temporary, full-time opportunity within a fast-paced, project-driven environment.What You'll Do: - Support Project Managers with tenders, vendor communications, and contract coordination
- Build, issue, and track purchase orders; monitor timelines and flag risks
- Review quotations, track submittals and approvals, and maintain project documentation
- Assist with budgets, invoice matching, payment processing, and close-out packages
- Provide general administrative and project support as neededWhat You Bring: - Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Diploma or degree in Business, Hospitality, Interior Design, or related field preferred
