ARAMARK is looking for Assistant Managers for the camp’s food servicePosition: Assistant ManagerLocation: Valcartier BaseSalary: Between $23.00 and $27.00 depending on experienceSchedule: To be discussed during the interviewEmployment Start: June–July–August (2026 summer season)Only selected candidates who are eligible to work in Canada will be contacted.Job Responsibilities

Plan and manage staffing levels according to operational activity
Coordinate work schedules
Coordinate breaks and meal periods
Anticipate operational needs
Ensure the high quality of meal production to meet customer expectations
Participate in inventory control and inventory counts
Monitor and ensure the quality of service delivery and guest satisfaction
Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
Comply with established safety regulations
Perform any other related tasks as needed

Qualifications

Customer service experience
Experience in food service or restaurant settings (an asset)
Strong leadership skills
Good organizational abilities
Positive attitude
Ability to work with minimal supervision
Customer service–oriented
