Project Manager/Leader - Senior

• Demonstrated experience in successfully managing complex, multi-phase projects in a regulated or public sector environment.
• Proven ability to meet project timelines, deliverables, and budgets, especially on multi-year, multi-million-dollar projects.
• Skilled in identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks that could impact project timelines, budget, or deliverables.
• Proven track record in managing project scope and controlling scope creep effectively.
• Familiarity with Ontario Public Sector project management standards, including PMO Stage Gate process, ITIL process, and compliance documentation.
• Knowledge of structured methodologies, including Agile and Scrum.

• Proficiency in using project management software (Jira, Trello, Azure DevOps, Microsoft Project) for tracking and managing project progress.
• Experience with collaboration tools such as Miro, Microsoft Teams, and Confluence for seamless cross-functional team coordination.
• Basic understanding of Microsoft Azure cloud platform and knowledge of cloud-based deployment.
• Familiarity with Agile, DevOps, and product development methodologies as they pertain to project management.
• Experience creating and managing essential project documentation, such as project roadmaps, business cases, and impact assessments.
• Ability to produce clear, comprehensive reports and status updates for stakeholders and senior executives.

• Strong communication skills for reporting, presentations, and stakeholder engagement, particularly at the executive level.
• Proven ability to clearly and effectively present project updates, risks, and results in a concise and user-friendly manner.
• Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Skilled in facilitating meetings, gathering feedback, and ensuring alignment among diverse project teams.
