5 yearsDeep understanding of payment systems, including wires, ACH, and related settlement and clearing processesProven experience with complex reconciliations, including investigation, root cause analysis, and resolution of aged breaksStrong working knowledge of payment platforms (e.g., SWIFT, core banking systems) and downstream impacts across operationsDemonstrated ability to operate within a controlled environment, with familiarity in audit, risk, and regulatory expectationsAdvanced analytical capability, with experience leveraging data to identify trends, systemic issues, and process gapsTrack record of driving process improvements and implementing sustainable solutions to reduce manual intervention and riskAbility to independently manage priorities, provide clear direction, and escalate issues with sound judgmentExperience supporting or leading initiatives, projects, or cross-functional efforts within operationsDesired QualificationsExperience in bank account reconciliationExperience with AS400/Global Bulk system an assetAccounting background not required but would be considered an assetSolid computer skills including Excel and strong analytical skillsAbility to work independently with minimal supervision; team playerAbility to meet established deadlines in a fast paced environmentCommitment to teamworkDemonstrated working knowledge of processes and proceduresExcellent organizational skillsStrong attention to detail and accuracyAvailability to work shifts and statutory holidays if requiredWhat Bank of America OffersBank of America embodies a culture that extends from how we think, to how we behave, and to how we measure performance.
