Job Description:Our sub-trade client located in Coquitlam is looking to hire a Project Accounts Receivable Coordinator to join their finance team. As the Project Accounts Receivable Coordinator, your role will be mainly supporting the full-cycle Accounts Receivable operation where you will be working closely with the Project Managers in setting up projects and ensuring the invoicing, progress billing, and payment postings are completed in a timely manner. As the Project Accounts Receivable Coordinator, you possess extraordinary time management skills and have the ability to communicate effectively with both the internal and external stakeholders.Requirements:The ideal Project Accounts Receivable Coordinator is an accounting professional with 3-5 plus years of full-cycle Accounts Receivable work experience from construction or sub-contracting industry sector. Prior work experience with progress billing is a MUST for this role. Work experience with Sage 100 software system or other related ERP systems would be a strong asset. Your strength in working with Microsoft Excel is a definite asset. Excellent communication skills, forward thinking approach and strength with teamwork are also strong assets for this role.
