
Sr. Solution Architect

- Define and oversee the solution architecture for Oracle Cloud implementations across Finance, Supply Chain, HR, and CX.
- Conduct fit-gap analyses and propose high-level solutions aligned with business needs.
- Design end-to-end integrations across modules and systems, ensuring seamless data flow.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including enterprise architects, security, implementation teams, and third-party vendors.
- Review Oracle quarterly/yearly patches and upgrades, recommending enhancements to business teams.
- Prepare documentation, delivery timelines, and cost estimates.
- Guide the implementation team with technical design reviews and best practices.
- Support QA teams in test planning and automation strategies.
- Ensure compliance with security roles and protocols.
- Architect end-to-end solutions leveraging various Oracle Cloud modules including designing data flow between Oracle Cloud, on-premises, and other involved applications.
- Provide solution architecture and design guidance to the implementation team.
- Review technical team's work, ensuring adherence to industry-leading practices.
- Coach QA team on test plan design, test case development, and automation strategies.
- Proven experience as a Solution Architect in Oracle Fusion Cloud, especially in Telecom.
- Strong functional knowledge across Oracle modules: Financials, SCM, HRMS, CX, and EPM.
- Hands-on expertise in Oracle PaaS (OCI, OIC, ATP, Object Storage) and SQL.
- Ability to design and support complex integrations and reporting solutions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working with enterprise architecture and security teams.
- Leadership qualities to mentor and coach consultants and developers.
- A proactive mindset to identify pain points and deliver innovative solutions.
