Enjoy working with your hands, solving mechanical problems, and preparing vehicles customers rely on for their vacations?We are hiring a Full Time Seasonal PDI Technician for our Airdrie, AB dealership. This role is key to ensuring our rental and sales RVs are inspected, prepared, and ready for safe and smooth customer experiences.Hours and days of work are based on business levels. The dealership operates Monday to Saturday from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm and availability during scheduled shifts is required.Why This Role Stands OutPractical hands on technical work with visible resultsExposure to a wide range of RV systems and vehicle typesSupportive team environment with strong operational processesValuable experience in the RV and automotive service industryFast paced seasonal role with opportunities to build technical skillsWhat You Will Be DoingPerform Pre Delivery Inspections on rental and sales RV unitsComplete minor repairs including appliances, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and basic maintenance such as oil changesReview and complete vehicle work orders accuratelyIdentify and report major repair needs to the Service DepartmentStock RVs with required rental equipmentSupport the Fleet Coordinator to ensure efficient vehicle turnaroundTop up vehicle fluids and prepare units for customer useTransfer vehicles between dealerships, storage locations, and repair facilitiesWinterize and de winterize RVs as requiredMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work areaPerform other duties as assigned by the Rentals ManagerWhat Makes You a Strong FitExperience with RV or trailer repairs is an assetBackground in plumbing, carpentry, or electrical work automotive or industrialGeneral mechanical or home renovation skillsLevel 1 RV Certificate is an asset but not requiredStrong diagnostic and problem solving skillsComfortable working rotating Saturdays during peak seasonValid Class 5 driver’s license requiredComfortable driving vehicles up to 30 feet in lengthWilling to work weekends and overtime as neededWorking ConditionsPhysically active role involving standing, bending, lifting, and working outdoorsAbility to lift and move up to 50 lbsWork may involve varying weather conditionsBusy seasonal environment with tight turnaround timelinesWHY JOIN OUR TEAM
