OPENLANE, a leader in automotive remarketing, is looking for a Stock In/Security for our Vars, Ontario location with experience in inventory control and customer service. The ideal candidate will have prior experience working with vehicles, or in a security capacity.You Will:Provide excellent customer service by assisting dealers with various procedures and requests in an efficient and timely mannerEnsure site security by maintaining the auction perimeter and verifying proper clearance for personnel and customers, transporters, and supply companiesResponsible for completing vehicle check-in/check-out as per established procedures, using a handheld deviceEnsure vehicles are processed with window stickers and GPS transpondersLook up AuctionTrac data for customers, guiding them to where the inventory is locatedMust Haves:1-3 years experience in a Security role is preferredHigh School diploma or equivalentA valid Drivers’ license is requiredValid BST license (if required in province)Basic computer & smartphone skillsExperience working outside in all weather conditionsStrong customer service and communication skillsNice to Haves:Ability to drive both standard & automatic transmissionsBilingual in French/EnglishSound like a match?
