This position provides an opportunity to gain valuable experience with a leading Canadian health benefits provider.The successful candidate will have 2-3 years of digital marketing experience with demonstrated expertise in content development, marketing automation platforms, and campaign execution. This role offers exposure to diverse marketing initiatives across business lines.Key ResponsibilitiesCampaign & Content Support: Assist in the execution of multi-channel digital marketing campaigns including email, social media, and web-based initiatives. Perform content updates and basic optimization on marketing websites using CMS platforms including Craft and WordPress. Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and regulatory requirements.Marketing Automation & Analytics: Support the management and optimization of marketing automation workflows using HubSpot and/or Salesforce platforms. Monitor campaign performance using tools such as GA4, Excel, and Power BI. Assist in preparing reports on key marketing metrics and provide insights to improve campaign effectiveness.Project & Administrative Coordination: Provide general support to the marketing team on cross-functional projects, including SharePoint site management, campaign launches, and collaboration with internal stakeholders.
