- Identify and analyze commercial risks, liabilities and opportunities in proposals, prime agreements, and partnership agreements.
- Provide support in contract negotiation and administration, as well as the preparation of requests for information, White Papers and commercial deliverables.
- Interface with internal stakeholders across various functions, including legal, technical, risk, insurance, bonding and finance..
- Access confidential information for financial review and planning, including cash flow projections and profitability analyses..
- Coordinate and participate in commercial meetings with clients.
- Help with the preparation of contractual summary documents and sensitivity analyses for internal governance processes.
- Participate in market sounding exercises with clients to help identify preferred commercial approaches for Pomerleau.
- Post-secondary education in Engineering, Marketing, Law, Finance or equivalent.
- 10+ years of P3, Design-Build, Collaborative contracts or related experience.
- Capacity to work in a dynamic environment, interacting with numerous teams and external stakeholders
- A solid understanding of public procurement processes and policies, as well as qualification/proposal typical requirements.
- Advanced technical skills in MS Word, Excel, Project and PowerPoint.
- Good reading comprehension skills, ability to discuss, negotiate and find solutions/alternatives.
