- Coordinate and manage calendars, scheduling meetings and ensuring timely communication of action items.
- Take and distribute meeting minutes, following up on action items as needed.
- Utilize SharePoint for document management and collaboration within the team.
- Handle expense reconciliation, assisting with purchasing tasks and maintaining accurate financial records.
- Collaborate with other administrative professionals and departments to ensure seamless operations.
- Create written content, including marketing materials and administrative write-ups.
- Maintain and update spreadsheets, ensuring data accuracy and usability.
- Use Microsoft Office tools such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint for various administrative tasks.
- Support team meetings and contribute to a positive and efficient working environment.
- At least 3 years of experience in an administrative role, with a focus on reporting and calendar management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with SharePoint and Oracle systems is an asset.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including minute-taking and report writing.
- A quick learner with the ability to adapt to new tools and processes.
- Comfortable collaborating with multiple teams and departments.
