Senior EstimatorWe are seeking a Senior Industrial Estimator with extensive experience in industrial construction projects, including warehouses and manufacturing facilities. The ideal candidate will be capable of independently managing the full estimation process from initial review through final bid submission.ResponsibilitiesLead and manage the complete estimation process from A–ZReview drawings, specifications, and bid documentsPrepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for industrial projectsPerform quantity take-offs and pricing analysisSolicit and evaluate subcontractor and supplier pricingIdentify project risks and develop mitigation strategiesCollaborate closely with project management and pre-construction teamsEnsure competitive, compliant, and timely bid submissionsQualifications10–15+ years of experience in industrial construction estimatingStrong background in warehouse and factory projectsProven ability to independently lead full-cycle estimatingPharmaceutical project experience considered an assetStrong technical understanding of industrial construction methodologiesDetail-oriented with strong analytical and organizational skills
