Location: Vancouver, British ColumbiaWhat you will be doing:Serve as the primary technical liaison between our customers and internal engineering/product teams.Assist the sales team with pre-sales technical support, including presentations, demos, and technical evaluations.Understand customer requirements and help architect solutions using our technologies.Support onboarding, integration, and deployment of products in client environments.Provide hands-on troubleshooting, configuration assistance, and guidance to resolve customer technical issues.Develop and deliver technical training, documentation, and workshops for customers.Collect and communicate customer feedback to influence product features and roadmap.Stay current with industry trends, competitive products, and emerging technologies.What you must have:Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field.3+ years of experience in a technical customer-facing role such as FAE, Sales Engineer, Solutions Architect, or Technical Support.Strong foundation in one or more of the following areas:Embedded systems and firmware developmentCloud or edge computing (Azure, AWS, GCP, Kubernetes, etc.)Networking and IoT device deploymentAI/ML application integrationExcellent communication skills (verbal and written) and ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly.Experience with scripting or development tools (e.g., Python, C/C++, Bash).Ability to travel (10–30%) within Canada and internationally as required.Salary/Rate Range: $90,000 – $100,000For more information about TEEMA and to consider other career opportunities, please visit our website at
