As a French Bilingual Inside Sales Executive, you will be responsible for growing a defined Quebec and Maritimes territory by selling HVAC units (PTAC, VTAC, and room AC systems) to hotel ownership groups, retirement homes, and multi-residential clients across Canada. This is a phone and email-driven role with a strong hunter focus, managing an existing $1.4M book of business while developing new accounts.   • Office location: Markham, ON -
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday, 40 hours/week in office
  • Territory: Quebec & Maritimes
  • Overnight travel: Occasional (2–3 times/year for trade shows or key meetings)
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
  • Base salary: $75,000–$80,000 CAD
  • On-target earnings: $110,000–$130,000 Year 1, $120,000–$140,000 Year 2
  • Top performer earnings: $150,000+
  • Uncapped, residual commission structure

EXPERIENCE, BACKGROUND & EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
  • 1–10 years of B2B sales experience
  • Fluent in English and French (written and verbal) — REQUIRED
  • Inside sales or phone-based selling experience strongly preferred
  • HVAC/building products experience is an asset
EDUCATION
  • Post-secondary diploma or equivalent work experience
TECHNICAL SKILLS
  • Basic proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to manage pipeline, activity tracking, and quoting processes
SALES CYCLE
  • Short-cycle replacement orders (1–4 weeks typical) and longer project-based deals (2–6 months)
  • Consultative, relationship-driven sales cycle tied to renovation timelines and replacement cycles
  • Blend of inbound leads and high-volume outbound prospecting
PROSPECTIVE CUSTOMERS
  • Hotel ownership groups
  • Retirement homes and multi-residential operators
  • Decision makers include purchasing teams and executive leadership
TYPICAL DAY & DUTIES
  • Prospect and close new business through outbound calls, emails, and follow-ups
  • Manage and grow an existing ~$1.4M book of accounts
  • Execute 150–200 activity touchpoints per week
  • Conduct discovery-based sales conversations (not transactional selling)
  • Identify and develop larger project opportunities (renovations, new builds)
  • Respond to inbound leads within defined timelines
  • Maintain accurate CRM activity and pipeline reporting

  • Structured 2–3 month onboarding program
  • Ongoing coaching from Director of Sales
