- Safely operate a ready-mix truck to transport and deliver concrete to customer locations.
- Perform pre‑trip, on‑route, and post‑trip vehicle inspections to ensure safe operation.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch, customers, and plant staff to ensure efficient delivery.
- Maintain the truck, including cleaning the drum and exterior, in accordance with company standards.
- Uphold all safety protocols and contribute to a strong safety culture.
- Ability to safely operate commercial vehicles in diverse and changing conditions.
- Strong focus on safety, communication, and teamwork.
- Capability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, climbing, and working outdoors.
- Commitment to delivering excellent customer service at job sites.
- Willingness to learn, adapt, and support operational needs.
- Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination and background check.
- Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
