This role is crucial for supporting enterprise-level transformation programs and optimizing project management functions. You will be instrumental in managing Agile delivery processes and enhancing our JIRA capabilities.Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 10 years of hands-on JIRA configuration and administration experience.
  • Proven experience supporting enterprise or large-scale transformation programs.
  • Demonstrated expertise supporting project management functions (dependencies, critical path, scheduling).
  • Strong experience managing Agile delivery using Scrum and Kanban.
  • Experience configuring JIRA for testing cycles, defect tracking, and QA reporting.
  • Prior work experience at telecommunications industry.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
  • Hands-on experience implementing and managing JIRA marketplace add-ons for advanced planning and scheduling.
  • Advanced JQL knowledge and dashboard/report creation.
  • Experience configuring automation rules and workflow logic.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
  • Configure and administer JIRA to support project management functions.
  • Manage Agile delivery processes using Scrum and Kanban methodologies.
  • Implement and manage JIRA marketplace add-ons for advanced planning and scheduling.
