- In collaboration with senior management, define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals.
- Develop project plans and associated communications documents.
- Effectively communicate project expectations to team members in a timely manner.
- Conceive, develop and deliver techniques, practices, and procedures for contract formation and administration.
- Develop and deliver bid proposals, requirements documentation, and tender documents.
- Assist with contract change management and contract closure, as required.
- Establish and maintain regular written and verbal communications with senior management regarding pertinent contract activities.
- Provide appropriate contract and subcontract information to accounting department, as necessary.
- Ability to work under deadlines.
- Promote and work within the guidelines of the company’s Occupational Health & Safety program.
- All other duties as assigned by management.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager, with a minimum of 5 years as a lead in mid to high-rise residential building projects.
- A recognized degree/diploma in a related field.
- Excellent project management skills, including the ability to plan, organize and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g. Primavera, Procore, MS Project, Jonas).
- Knowledge of building regulations, building codes, and safety standards.
- PMP or other relevant certifications are a plus.
