
Director, Marketing Communications and Brand

- Define and evolve the brand identity, positioning, and voice across all touchpoints.
- Ensure brand consistency across internal and external communications, campaigns, and experiences.
- Lead brand refreshes, architecture updates, and visual identity rollouts as needed.
- Develop and execute multi-channel communication strategies (digital, print, PR, social, experiential).
- Oversee messaging frameworks, content calendars, and campaign narratives.
- Collaborate with product, sales, and customer experience teams to align messaging with business goals.
- Lead a team of marketing communications professionals and external agency partners.
- Foster a culture of creativity, accountability, executional excellence and continuous improvement.
- Manage budgets, timelines, and performance metrics for brand and communications initiatives.
- Drive the creation of high-impact content including videos, blogs, social media, and thought leadership.
- Champion storytelling that reflects customer needs, brand values, and market differentiation.
- Define KPIs for brand health, campaign performance, and audience engagement.
- Use data and insights to refine strategies and improve ROI.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (Master's preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in marketing communications, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven experience in brand management within the telecommunications or technology sector.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, media relations, and content strategy.
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and project management skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Experience garnering buy-in from all levels of a large organization including senior leadership by leveraging your strong storytelling, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to develop strong relationships with stakeholders that enable the successful co-creation of initiatives that yield positive outcomes to the business
- Excellent attention to detail with an ability to multitask and manage multiple projects and programs efficiently
