We are currently seeking a "Scrum Master" for a contract role with one of our clients in Toronto, ON.Duration: 12 Months Location: Toronto, ON (3 -4 days/week in office)Required QualificationsScrum Master or Agile facilitation experience, preferably in a business-focused role within Commercial Banking.Strong knowledge of Commercial Banking products and services (loans, deposits, payments, client onboarding, treasury solutions).Proven experience enabling business teams to deliver initiatives using Agile methodologies.Ability to work with diverse stakeholders, resolving conflicts and fostering alignment across teams.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Agile certifications (CSM, PSM, or equivalent) preferred.Preferred QualificationsExposure to enterprise Agile frameworks (SAFe, LeSS, or similar).Experience with business process transformation or organizational change initiatives.Ability to manage multiple teams or initiatives concurrently.
