Contract Administrator, Justice

- Perform site visits to determine compliance with construction contract and relevant building and safety codes; prepare reports to document progress, identify any deviation from the construction contract and liaise with owner and contractor to resolve issues in a timely manner
- Track and review shop drawings, schedules, samples, progress payments, alternate requests, and project change documents to ensure all project documentation is accurate and complete
- Coordinate with contractor, sub-consultants, or relevant building authorities to address and document issues with constructability or owner concerns
- Prepare project change documentation, including sketches and drawings
- Attend and conduct progress meetings before, during, and after the duration of the project to exchange information and resolve issues or concerns with various key stakeholders
- Ensure that all project close out documents are submitted and forwarded to appropriate parties upon completion of the project
- Architectural or engineering systems design and presentation, M&E and structural building systems, permit and building code
- Registered with a relevant professional association is an asset
- Experience in strategic development, business development, project management, and client management is required
- Possess excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, flexibility, and resourcefulness
- 10+ years of project work experience
- Experience in Justice projects is an asset
- Salary: $90,000.00 - $125,000.00 /annually
