- A degree in civil or mechanical engineering
- Registered (or eligible for registration) as a Professional Engineer with Engineers and Geoscientists BC
- A minimum of 12 years of experience in the municipal water and wastewater infrastructure sector
- Proven expertise in the design and delivery of pump station and municipal infrastructure projects
- Strong project management capabilities, with demonstrated ability to manage scope, schedule, and budget
- Experience working in a civil/municipal consulting engineering firm
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal
- Eligible to work in Canada
- Valid driver’s license and access to a personal or shared vehicle
- Experience mentoring junior engineers and technologists
- Familiarity with design software such as AutoCAD Civil 3D or Revit
- Experience leading multidisciplinary project teams
- Interest or experience in business development or strategic planning
- Previous involvement in equity ownership or interest in future ownership opportunities
- Understanding of condition assessment practices and lifecycle planning for pump station infrastructure
- Lead and deliver technical design work for municipal pump station projects from concept through to construction
- Oversee condition assessments, capacity analyses, and future infrastructure needs evaluations
- Prepare and review detailed technical documentation, including design drawings and engineering reports
- Monitor project progress, ensuring high performance across timelines, budgets, and client satisfaction
- Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to deliver fit-for-purpose engineering solutions
- Provide leadership and mentorship to engineers and technologists within the team
- Participate in internal strategic initiatives and contribute to shaping company direction
- Identify and pursue new project opportunities, contributing to business development efforts
