We are seeking a Senior Systems Testing / QA Specialist with strong expertise in automation and performance testing for large enterprise systems. The role focuses on developing automated test strategies, executing test scripts, validating data integrity, and ensuring system quality through accessibility, functional, and performance testing.Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute automated testing strategies, test plans, test scripts, and test cases
Perform functional, integration, regression, and system testing across enterprise systems
Develop and maintain automated test scripts using tools such as Selenium, UFT, or TestComplete
Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines and DevOps environments
Conduct load, stress, and performance testing to ensure system scalability
Identify, document, and track defects using tools such as JIRA, Bugzilla, ALM, or Azure DevOps
Validate backend data integrity and perform database testing
Conduct accessibility testing aligned with AODA (WCAG 2.0 AA) standards
Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and project teams to resolve defects and improve system quality
Maintain detailed documentation of test coverage, test results, and quality metrics

Required Experience & Skills:

Proven experience executing testing activities and data reconciliation for large enterprise systems
Experience developing automated test plans, test cases, and automation scripts
Experience designing automated and performance testing scenarios for complex applications
Strong experience with automated testing tools such as Selenium, Microfocus UFT, or similar tools
Experience with performance testing tools such as UFT Performance Center or Load testing frameworks
Experience testing web-based 3-tier software platforms
Experience testing custom implementations and COTS systems such as IBM J-Rules Engine
Experience with QA tools including Jira, Bugzilla, and Microfocus Product Suite
Knowledge of Oracle database tools and backend validation testing
Experience with accessibility testing tools such as WAVE, JAWS, NVDA, or Compliance Sheriff

Must Have:

Experience developing automation test plans, test cases, scripts, and expected results for complex systems
Strong experience with automated testing and load testing tools (Client/Microfocus ALM, UFT Performance Center, Selenium)
Proven experience executing testing and data reconciliation activities for large enterprise systems
Experience developing automated and performance testing scenarios
Experience working with web-based 3-tier enterprise applications
Experience testing custom implementations and COTS systems

Nice to Have:

Public Sector experience
Oracle database tools knowledge
Experience with web-based application development
Experience with AODA accessibility testing tools

Work Mode: 100% Onsite (Monday-Friday, standard business hours)
