- Provide to passengers and airport locations, accurate information regarding flight interruptions, delays, and cancellations.
- Rebook and reroute affected passengers to their destination, ensuring minimal inconvenience and delay.
- provides updates to passengers on the status of their flight and assist with alternative arrangements.
- Monitor and manage flight disruptions, make real-time decisions to minimize passenger impact, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of passenger’s information, flight disruptions, and customer interactions
- communicate effectively with other departments and teams, including operations, reservations, and airport staff.
- Continuously improve customer service processes and procedures to enhance the overall passenger experience.
- Other duties as assigned.
- 3+ years of experience in customer service.
- Must be willing to work flexible hours and travel as required.
- Strong organization and time management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks while prioritizing and managing tight deadlines.
- Possess a high level of professionalism and dedication to customer service excellence.
- Proven ability to build good working relationships with internal and external clients
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in French is considered an asset.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English is required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of products.
