Permanent Receiver

• Receive merchandise and materials from vendors, verifying against purchase orders
• Inspect incoming goods for quality, accuracy, and damage; document discrepancies
• Unload trucks, break down pallets, and stage product for storage or check-in
• Handle returns, stock product, and complete order selections as needed
• Record freight temperature and check for cleanliness of trailers
• Operate power equipment (Raymond Reach, power jacks) safely and correctly
• Participate in food safety programs and support special projects

• 2-5 years of receiving experience (food or pharma warehousing/manufacturing preferred)
• Proficiency in MS Office; SAP an asset
• Experience operating powered industrial equipment
• Strong communication skills (oral/written) and fluency in English
• Ability to lift/move up to 50 lbs and work in varying warehouse environments (cool, frozen)
• Reliable, flexible, and able to work independently
