Handle cash, credit card receipts and keep the safe balanced
Prepare daily bank deposit
Reconcile cash outs from all departments / hotels at Fernie Alpine Resort and enter data into Excel cash sheet
Assist with accounts receivable as required
Support manager with month-end duties, balance cash sheets and issue and return floats
Perform other related accounting department duties as required
Read and adhere to the policies, rules and protocols outlined in the RCR Employee Handbook
Know and follow all safe work procedures included in the Safety Management Program
Understand and comply with all expectations of the Injury Management/Return-to-Work Programs
To perform other tasks and duties that are applicable
You Are/Have:
Organized, independent worker
Proficient in Excel
Attention to detail and financial responsibility required
Strong interpersonal skills and work ethics
Cash handling experience preferred
Compensation and Benefits:
Competitive wage: $19.00-20.00/hour
