Apply Now!Working with one of our top financial clients, this role calls for an Operations Analyst- Data Entry. This position involves providing essential operational support, managing data entry tasks, and ensuring compliance with service level agreements in a dynamic environment.Pay rate range (CAD): $17.60/hr - $21.82/hrResponsibilities

Perform data entry and reconciliation tasks to support claims and project activities
Assist with salvage recovery processes and administrative support
Deal with ministry portals and manage related documentation
Ensure all transactions meet established SLAs and quality standards
Support onboarding of new vendors and manage day-to-day operational activities
Interact with internal teams and external partners to facilitate smooth operations
Identify opportunities for process improvements and support initiative efforts
Maintain confidentiality and adhere to regulatory and enterprise standards
Actively review procedures and contribute ideas for operational efficiency

Desired Skill-Set

Strong written and verbal communication skills
Exceptional attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Outlook
Proven ability to meet deadlines and handle high workloads
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
Self-motivated with goal-oriented mindset
Adaptability to changing procedures and priorities
Basic understanding of financial or insurance products (e.g., loans, deposits, FX, swaps) is preferred
Experience with data analytics and reconciliation is an asset

Nice to Have

Experience with data analytics tools and techniques
Reconciliation expertise
Familiarity with global and WSS platforms
