Senior Project Manager - Construction

• Pay Rate: $145k-$160k/year.

• Lead project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and performance tracking
• Interpret project drawings, specs, and documents
• Create and adjust construction schedules and milestone reports
• Deliver client-facing progress reports and updates
• Manage subcontractor performance and ensure quality execution
• Hire, train, and mentor junior staff and subcontractors
• Develop proposals, estimates, budgets, and forecasts
• Coordinate with site Superintendents, consultants, and clients
• Handle RFIs, change orders, shop drawings, and inspections
• Maintain accurate records including LOIs, POs, contracts, and logs
• Champion process improvements and team collaboration

• Legal eligibility to work and reside in Canada.
• 10-15+ years of experience managing $30M+ commercial or institutional construction projects within a general contracting environment
• Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering Technology, Construction Management, or a related field (or equivalent hands-on experience)
• Proven ability to lead projects from planning through closeout with minimal oversight
• Strong knowledge of construction management contracts and project delivery methods
• Comfortable managing tendering processes, contract administration, and financial oversight
• Proficient in Vista ERP or similar project and financial management platforms
• Highly organized, with excellent attention to detail and time management skills
• Effective communicator who works well with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams
• Experience with public sector or institutional builds-schools, rec centres, universities, or government projects-is a strong asset
