As we continue to scale, we’re seeking a proactive and systems-savvy Senior HR Systems Specialist to lead and support the implementation and optimization of our HR technologies. You’ll play a key role in driving efficiency and integration across platforms, ensuring our people operations are as agile as our business.Position Summary:
We’re looking for an experienced HR professional with a strong background in HR system implementation, particularly within Microsoft ERP and Dynamics 365’s HR modules. If you also bring knowledge of Salesforce integrations or HR process automation, that’s a major plus. You’ll work closely with both the HR and IT teams to implement, maintain, and improve our digital HR ecosystem.Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support the implementation of Microsoft ERP / Dynamics 365 HR modules (e.g., employee records, performance management, onboarding, time and attendance).
- Partner with stakeholders across HR, IT, and leadership to translate business needs into system solutions.
- Troubleshoot, maintain, and optimize existing HR systems and integrations.
- Ensure data integrity, compliance, and security across platforms.
- Provide training and support to internal users.
- Identify opportunities to automate HR workflows or streamline manual processes.
- Assist in potential Salesforce integration projects related to HR, recruitment, or people analytics.
- 7+ years of experience in HRIS or HR Operations, with hands-on implementation experience in Microsoft ERP / Dynamics 365 HR modules.
- Strong understanding of HR processes and data flows.
- Experience in systems integration and user support.
- Bonus: Working knowledge of Salesforce, especially as it applies to recruitment, employee engagement, or reporting.
