The Winnipeg Blue Bombers are looking for a Lead Cook to assist in running banquets at Princess Auto Stadium. This is not just a back-of-house role—you will be front and center with our guests helping to deliver top of the line service.What You Will Do:· On game days, you will be hands-on at culinary stations, engaging directly with fans to deliver an exceptional fan experience while ensuring fast, quick execution during peak game day hours.
  • Lead game day kitchen operations in premium locations
  • Be front and center with fans, engaging directly to enhance their experience.
  • Ensure exceptional food quality, presentation, and service in a high-energy setting.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen throughout service.
RequirementsMust Haves:
  • Culinary experience in high-volume restaurants, or catering.
  • Ability to handle high-volume service while maintaining top quality.
  • Passion for guest interaction and creating a memorable expieriences.
  • Must be available for all Blue Bombers home games (10 per season).
