- This role is directly responsible for integrating the teams, business functions and processes during implementation of the Cutting & Structural Automation Global Service Strategy.
- Strategy & Planning: Develop integration plans for mapped current processes to new systems; define integration strategies, timelines and resource needs.
- Identify key resources, tools, software, and processes to support a wholistic global Service strategy
- Determine appropriate department staff levels, training, and skills consistent with business objectives.
- Determine project/job staffing requirements based on schedule and assign/re-direct resources accordingly.
- Project Management: Lead cross-functional teams, manage timelines, budget, and communicate with all stakeholders.
- Technical Oversight: Ensure data flows smoothly and systems (IT, software, manufacturing, etc.) connect effectively.
- Change Management: Guide organizations and employees through transitions, providing support, training, and acting as a coach/facilitator.
- Risk & Performance: Identify integration risks, troubleshoot issues, and monitor performance to achieve objectives.
- Fully abide and actively support Lincoln Electric’s Environmental Health & Safety policies, practices and procedures with respect to protecting the environment, the conservation of nature resources and the Health & Safety of all employees
- Participate cooperatively in the Merit Rating/Global Performance Management Program.
- Continually contribute to the profitability of the company and ongoing business operations by initiating, recommending and implanting continuous improvement strategies and initiatives.
- Adhere to any Compliance policies and requirements.
- Conduct any general duties, specific projects and responsibilities as assigned or required by the Manager or senior management staff in a timely and professional manner.
- High school diploma/GED required; post secondary education preferred
- 3+ years of experience in a field service/customer facing role, within manufacturing required
- Position can be located in either the United States or Canada and requires travel up to 25%
- Must have a valid driver’s license and vehicle
- Valid Passport required upon hire
- Strong Project Management, Communication, & Problem-Solving skills
- Technical/Service background and experience required
- Familiarity with change management and specific systems (SAP, SalesForce, SmartSheet)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple project and priorities at the same time while meeting deadlines
- Interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish professional relationships with employees
