This role is responsible for managing our parts inventory, assisting customers with their parts needs, and ensuring that our stock levels are maintained efficiently.Key Abilities:
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and oral communication.
- Assist customers in identifying and locating the parts they need.
- To maintain and manage parts inventory, including ordering and restocking parts as needed.
- Process orders and handle customer inquiries both in-person and over the phone.
- Maintain accurate records of parts transactions and inventory levels.
- Ensure the parts department is clean, organized, and efficiently run.
- Functional level of computer literacy.
- Ability to lift and handle parts and equipment as required.
