- Oversee daily AR processes, including invoicing, credit memos, and trial balance preparation.
- Ensure accurate application and reconciliation of general ledger accounts.
- Coach and mentor team members to enhance their growth and performance.
- Monitor attendance and ensure adherence to company policies.
- Collaborate with senior finance leadership to align departmental objectives with organizational goals.
- Address collection processes and customer inquiries in a timely and efficient manner.
- Utilize accounting software systems to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.
- Maintain a personable and approachable management style to foster team engagement and collaboration.
- Uphold compliance with financial regulations and best practices.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with a focus on accounts receivable.
- Proficient in accounting software systems and general ledger processes.
- Strong knowledge of invoicing, credit memos, and trial balance procedures.
- Demonstrated experience in team leadership and employee coaching.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills to manage diverse responsibilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to interact with team members and stakeholders.
