Our mission is to provide our customers with high-quality cement manufactured and distributed in accordance with the principles of sustainable development.Reporting to the electrical supervisor, the electrotechnician is responsible for repairs and maintenance of various equipment. He also ensures the proper functioning of the instrumentation and electrical distribution of the plant.RESPONSIBILITIESExecute work orders for repairs, maintenance, installations and troubleshooting of various high-tech industrial systems and equipment;
Install, maintain and calibrate industrial control, industrial control and electrical distribution equipment;
Conduct electrical or electronic testing to identify potential problems;
Propose and provide solutions in the event of equipment breakdown or non-performance;
Prepare reports accurately and collect information in the SAP system.
SKILLS AND ABILITIESEase of teamwork and good communication skills;
Ability to analyze, problem solve and prioritize;
Meaning of initiative, autonomy and resourcefulness;
Knowledge of and compliance with safety standards.
Demonstrate and be able to understand and program RS-Logic
Demonstrate and be able to plan with Autocad
Demonstrate and set up Drive and soft-start parameters
Demonstrate and calibrate different types of measuring instruments.
Have strong experience in disordering (10 years)
All other related tasks
REQUIREMENTSDEC in industrial electronics technology, DEC in electrical engineering, or instrumentation/automation;
Minimum of 10 years of experience as a factory-based industrial maintenance technician;
Hold a Certificate in Electricity (CE);
Work days and nights on a 4-5-5-4 schedule.
Possess and maintain a valid and unrestricted driver's licence.
