- Assist PRMCS, the Fleet Manager, and the Planning and Technical Records departments in their day-to-day operations.
- Ensure that maintenance schedules, Airworthiness Directives (ADs), Service Bulletins (SBs), and components are accurately entered and kept up to date in the computerized maintenance system.
- Provide technical support to maintenance technicians and maintenance operations control.
- Contribute to resolving issues related to non-compliances, audit findings, and SMS reports.
- Participate in the management and monitoring of Reliability, RVSM, ETOPS, and Autoland programs, as required by operational needs.
- Support the Quality Assurance system in collaboration with the Quality Assurance Manager.
- Act as a technical liaison between the company and external vendors during heavy maintenance activities.
- Maintain, organize, and conduct research in technical archives to support fleet management.
- Support PRMCS, as required, on matters related to airworthiness and regulatory compliance.
- Perform any other related duties associated with the position.

- College diploma (DEC) or equivalent training in aircraft maintenance, aerospace engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Relevant experience in fleet management, maintenance planning, or technical control (a significant asset).
- Solid knowledge of the Canadian Aviation Regulations (CARs) and airworthiness requirements.
- Experience with a computerized maintenance management system (e.g., RAAS, CAMP, or equivalent).
- Ability to interpret maintenance schedules, ADs, SBs, and technical documentation.
- Strong technical writing skills and experience maintaining regulatory records.
- Proficiency with computer tools (Office suite, databases, internal systems).
- Fluency in French is required for this position. In addition, a strong command of English is required to interact with English-speaking clients in Canada and internationally.
