- Develop integrated communications strategies for major campaigns, translating creative direction into cohesive channel strategies and lower-funnel messaging
- Lead audience insights work-collaborating with media and research to identifyemerging insights and validate strategic direction using AI tools
- Plan complete campaign strategies across creative, media, CRM, and web, ensuring consistent messaging and optimalchannel mix
- Review campaign analytics and performance data to make data-informed optimization recommendations
- Orchestrate cross-functional collaboration, serving as the strategic hub connecting all teams and touchpoints
- Partner with web strategy to ensure seamless user journeys and conversion-optimized experiences
- Drive proactive thinking-identifyingopportunities, proposing fresh approaches, and executing with autonomy
- Build client partnerships and demonstratethe value of integrated strategic planning
- 5-8 years in communications planning, integrated campaign strategy, or related experience (agency or brand)
- Proven expertise in messaging frameworks, channel strategy, and multi-touchpoint campaign planning
- Strong media collaboration experience and ability to align strategy with channel performance and audience insights
- Solid analytics literacy-you read tracking reports, understand KPIs, and translate data into actionable recommendations
- Self-starting mentality with comfort operatingin ambiguous, fast-paced environments
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills and ability to communicate complex strategy to creative, technical, and business audiences
- Experience on Integrated Agency Teams (IAT) or similar cross-functional structures
- Daily hands-on experience with AI tools
- Brand strategy or messaging development experience
- Experience marketing luxury/lifestyle brands
