This is an excellent opportunity for a licensed pharmacist who thrives in a leadership role and is passionate about delivering exceptional patient care while driving operational excellence.As a Pharmacy Manager, you will oversee all pharmacy activities, ensure compliance with regulatory standards, support and mentor staff, and contribute to the growth and success of the pharmacy.Responsibilities:Lead and manage daily pharmacy operations, ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant workflowProvide clinical expertise and exceptional patient counselingOversee inventory management, ordering, and cost controlEnsure compliance with Ontario College of Pharmacists (OCP) standards and all regulatory requirementsTrain, mentor, and support pharmacy staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environmentManage scheduling, performance evaluations, and staffing needsBuild strong relationships with patients, healthcare providers, and the communityImplement company policies, quality assurance programs, and operational improvementsSupport vaccination services and other clinical programsMonitor KPIs and contribute to business growth initiativesSkills Required:Licensed Pharmacist in good standing with the Ontario College of Pharmacists (OCP)Minimum 2–3 years of pharmacy experience; management or leadership experience preferredStrong knowledge of pharmacy operations, legislation, and best practicesExcellent communication, leadership, and problem‑solving skillsAbility to work in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining accuracy and professionalismExperience with pharmacy software systems (e.g., Kroll) is an assetCertification to administer injections
