- Develop and maintain a customer-based approach at all times, and build strong, professional relationships with internal and external clients by providing quality service, assistance, information and advice to ensure their satisfaction
- Be responsible for understanding product design and feature development and building experiments to test and validate the product with selected clients.
- Build the technical tools and frameworks for orchestrating the customer experimentation cycles.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders by region to select the right clients for experimentation cycles based on features and client willingness to participate.
- Collaborate with the cross functional team members and provide support for the feature experimentation cycle and insights extracted from the program.
- Build a communication strategy for explaining the program to internal stakeholders and reporting on impact and progress throughout the year tied to Product Team goals.
- You are comfortable with high level of ambiguity and possess a continuous improvement mindset
- You are known for strong leadership with product, project and process management mindsets
- You enjoy quantitative analysis and have a reputation for being a problem solver and creative thinker
- You have the ability to maintain high workloads, including the management of competing priorities and multiple projects at once
- English verbal and written is required for this opportunity with strong public speaking skills in front of a variety of audiences
- The ability to take leadership in recommending action plans during complex and cross functional situations
- Ability to document a business case based on hypotheses and risk assessment and present the cost analysis to management and internal stakeholders in writing and verbally
- Exceptional ROI-tracking skills, able to prove what is -or isn't-working
- Excellent people and management skills to interact with staff, colleagues, cross-functional teams and third parties. Team player!
- University degree or 5 to 7 years of equivalent experience
