- Hybrid or on-site depending on client
- Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm
- Contract with potential for an extension or to go permanent
- Provide general administrative support including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence
- Prepare and format documents, reports, and presentations
- Maintain and organize electronic and physical filing systems
- Assist with data entry, invoice processing, and internal tracking systems
- Support department operations through ad hoc tasks and project coordination
- Act as a first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
- Minimum 1 year of administrative experience in a professional office environment
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Adaptability and a proactive attitude toward problem-solving
