Compensation: $130,000 – $150,000 (commensurate with experience and established Alberta network)An established and growing multidisciplinary consulting engineering firm is seeking an entrepreneurial Structural Lead to build and expand its structural presence in Calgary. This is a rare opportunity for a senior structural engineer who is motivated by leadership, business development, and the challenge of building a team within a supportive and growth-focused environment.This role is ideal for someone with 10–15 years of experience in the building consulting space who is either currently operating at a senior/associate level or is ready to step into management.
