- Prepares management reports and contributes to end of month accounting activities; Provides guidance, insights, identifies risk and opportunities.Process Improvement & Project Involvement- Identifies and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and generate insights.- Creates process documentation, preparing and delivering user training to the Marketing and Finance teams.
- Contributes to or manages projects, including system enhancements, automation initiatives, and business case development.- Other ad hoc duties, as requiredLet’s talk about Qualifications and ExperienceEducation & Experience- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field.- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience, including demonstrated business partnering with non-Finance partners.Technical Skills- Advanced skills in Excel are essential. Proficient in ERP systems and BI tools. Experience in Atoti, Anaplan, Tableau, PowerBI preferred.Soft Skills- Sharp attention to detail. Demonstrated experience with large volumes of datasets and multiple ERP systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to partner effectively with both finance and non-finance stakeholders.- Exceptional problem-solving skills using a logical approach. Ability to ‘connect the dots’, apply concepts, knowledge and derive insights and solutions.
