- Lead Product Dependability activities for the Accessories programs including trend monitoring, identifying reliability drivers, and coordinating reliability actions.
- Ownership of engine accessories product performance - including safety, reliability and availability
- Lead and/or coordinate & advocate reliability study, screen team, SDR, accident review, quarterly reliability review, SMS and executive product performance.
- Accountable for India team performance and relationship optimization
- Develop and coach others
- Subject matter expert for the Product Dependability processes and KPIs
- Support development of new business models and strategies
- Managing the complete accessories investigation life cycle end-to-end.
- Ensuring contractual compliance align with the RFA creation and management (warranty, ESP, supplier contract, spares) to avoid roadblocks and drive efficiency
- Collaborating closely with Customer Programs, the frontline team, and PWCS (Pratt & Whitney Component Solutions), suppliers and Accessories Service Engineering on the accessories investigation process
- Driving 0% missed investigations by ensuring accessories follow the structured routing plan.
- Meeting all Accessories Investigation KPI parameters (TAT, missed investigations, and customer satisfaction).
- Maintaining dashboards and reports tied to investigation management KPIs.
- Some travel may be required
- Minimum of bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent
- Looking for 5-10 years progressive experience in Aerospace, Aftermarket, Operations, or similar functional expertise
- Proficient business communications in English
- Demonstrated ability to manage and drive customer satisfaction at all levels (internal and/or external)
- Demonstrated ability to manage product performance and delivery to drive customer satisfaction
- Ability to translate technical data into action plans and strategy
- Advanced knowledge of Power BI / ENOVIA / SAP / Data Mining
- Strong knowledge of gas turbine engines
- Ability to understand FMEA, ie, understand impact of component failure at engine or aircraft (system) level
- Good understanding of engine certification requirements
- Good understanding of how corrective actions are implemented
- Familiar with SMS and risk assessment methodologies
- Process-oriented mindset with proven ability to ensure compliance and drive efficiency
- Problem-solving mindset to manage logistics exceptions and ensure minimum disruptions in the accessories investigation cycle.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with global stakeholders
