
Organization Interface Manager, Commercial – Airport Project

- Provides specialist project management expertise to support the coordination of organizational interfaces and requirements.
- Works collaboratively alongside the various airport departments to balance the impact from the Program and effectively meet demands upon the department.
- Interfaces with various internal and external stakeholder groups to align the necessary consultations and approvals.
- Works collaboratively with the wider program team to coordinate reviews, inspections, and approvals as required.
- Provides updates and reports via the Delivery Cabinet and the Interface Management Group to effectively communicate interface risks and opportunities.
- No less than a Bachelor's Degree + 8 years of relevant experience in project/program management including on large airport projects or equivalent infrastructure programs.
- Relevant professional designation is considered an asset.
- Typically requires a minimum of 10 years of professional experience in project or program management.
- At least 5 years of experience working on large airport projects or comparable infrastructure programs.
- Proven expertise in project management and/or relevant technical disciplines for delivering complex projects.
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams in successfully executing complex infrastructure projects and programs.
- Strong technical proficiency across all project phases, including design, planning, construction, operations, and maintenance, preferably within large aviation programs or projects.
- Extensive experience in managing stakeholder relationships and providing reports to support effective decision-making.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to facilitate meetings and workshops with diverse groups.
