What does this role entail?A day in the life of a Hotel Evening Chef would include...
  • Preparing a range of high-quality dinner dishes from seasonal menus across our hotel restaurants.
  • Being confident in providing excellent menu knowledge and having the ability to to adhere to allergen and dietary requirements where necessary
  • Adhering to the highest standard of Health and Safety as well as Food Safety both with the products that are served and within the working environment
  • Supporting with deliveries and ensuring stock is stored correctly and safely
  • Preparing dishes of high quality in a timely manner
  • Working as part of a team to ensure the operation runs smoothly
What is required for this role?Here are some desirable qualities required for this role...
  • Previous Food and Beverage or Hospitality experience is required
  • Food Safety Qualifications required
  • Be able to remain calm under pressure and complete tasks in a timely manner
  • Be a great communicator both with peers as well as the management team
  • Be adaptable and flexible to support with business requirements
  • Be approachable at all times with a postive can-do attitude and show willingness towards being a team player
