As a Senior Android Developer, you will design, develop, and enhance scalable Android applications that support enterprise wealth and asset management platforms. You will contribute to architectural decisions, promote engineering best practices, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable, user-focused mobile solutions.This role combines deep Android expertise with strong architectural thinking and a commitment to code quality, performance, and continuous improvement.What You'll DoDesign, develop, and maintain high-quality Android features using Kotlin and modern Android frameworksCollaborate with Product, Design, QA, and Engineering teams to deliver impactful mobile solutionsParticipate in architecture discussions and contribute to technical decisions for the mobile platformConduct code reviews, mentor team members, and promote knowledge sharingDiagnose and resolve complex performance, reliability, and scalability challenges while championing automated testing and CI/CD practicesWhat We're Looking ForBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience5-7 years of professional experience developing and maintaining Android applications at scaleStrong proficiency in Kotlin, including Coroutines, Flows, generics, and advanced language featuresDeep understanding of Android Architecture Components (ViewModel, LiveData, Room, Navigation) and Jetpack ComposeSolid experience with MVVM, modular architecture, dependency injection frameworks (Dagger or Hilt), and RESTful APIsBonus Points ForExperience with performance profiling, memory management, and crash analysis toolsExperience implementing unit testing and automated testing strategiesFamiliarity with CI/CD pipelines and Git-based version control workflowsExperience working within financial services or regulated environmentsExposure to secure mobile development best practicesWhy Join CapcoDeliver high-impact technology solutions for leading financial institutionsWork in a collaborative, flat, and
