Bayshore Home Care Solutions is seeking a highly organized and systems-focused Implementations Specialist (AlayaCare) to support the successful transition, stabilization, and ongoing optimization of all operational systems across BHCS branches.
This role is critical in ensuring branch readiness, operational continuity, and sustained adoption of future-state workflows related to Procura-AlayaCare and associated operational platforms. The Implementations Specialist works in Operational Excellence, and closely with Business Transformation, Learning & Development, Clinical, Client Services Coordinators (CSC), branch leadership teams, and other internal NSC Stakeholders.This position directly contributes to consistent, high-quality client care by ensuring branches are operationally prepared, system-enabled, and supported through periods of change.Key Responsibilities
System Implementation & Operational Readiness
  • Support the implementation, transition, and stabilization of AlayaCare and related operational systems across BHCS branches.
  • May be required to work in the capacity of an Operational Excellence Specialist if there is a need.
  • Lead and support operational system transfer workflows, ensuring continuity of coordination and minimal operational disruption
  • Assess and validate day-to-day branch readiness for future-state operations, identifying risks, gaps, and mitigation strategies
  • Act as a key liaison between branches and enterprise teams to support successful adoption of system changes
Branch Readiness & Health Checks
  • Conduct Branch Health Checks to assess operational, scheduling, coordination, and system readiness against defined standards
  • Lead and maintain Branch Readiness assessments in advance of system changes or operational transitions
  • Identify readiness gaps and partner with branch leadership to develop action plans
KPI Monitoring & Reviews
  • Support KPI reviews related to system adoption, operational performance, and branch readiness
  • Analyze operational and system-related data to identify trends and improvement opportunities
  • Partner with stakeholders to define, monitor, and report on implementation KPIs
Stakeholder Collaboration
  • Collaboration with Operational Excellence, Business Transformation, Learning & Development, Clinical, and branch teams
  • Provide subject matter input into initiatives impacting scheduling, coordination, or client service workflows
Training, Enablement & Capability Building
  • Support development of training materials, job aids, and workflow documentation
  • Partner with Learning & Development on training delivery and reinforcement
  • Develop CSC net-new skills to support future-state workflows
Change Management & Continuous Improvement
  • Act as a change champion supporting system and process change
  • Identify continuous improvement opportunities related to system usage and workflows
  • Support post-implementation reviews and lessons learned
Reporting & Governance
  • Prepare updates and reports on branch readiness, risks, and outcomes
  • Maintain documentation of readiness assessments and implementation activities
Work Location : Bayshore Healthcare, National Office, Mississauga ONHybrid – At least 2 days onsite weeklyQualificationsEducation
  • Degree or diploma in Business Administration, Health Administration, Information Systems, Operations Management, or equivalent experience
  • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a change-driven environment
Experience
  • 3–5 years of experience in healthcare operations or system implementations
  • Experience supporting operational transitions (Procura knowledge is required, and AlayaCare experience an asset)
  • Experience with change management, readiness assessments, and KPI-driven decision-making
  • Experience supporting CSC or working with the Shared Services teams is an asset.
Other Requirements
  • Willingness to travel to branches and the National Service Centre as required, including having a valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle.
  • Complete other tasks as requested.
